Prior to completion and submission of an Offer to Purchase, the Mortgage Alternative Buyer (MA Buyer) must have completed an MA Buyer application (https://assquire.com.au/bap/), been credit assessed, have received an Indicative Purchase Ability Letter (IPAL) and been provided a MA Buyer ID No, and a IPAL Reference No. Please complete the below information which will be used to submit your offer and, if accepted by the Assquire investor seller, prepare the contract and associated documentation.

    This relates to the leasing component of a MA Buyer's contracts to cover the lease commencement date and period prior to you settling your purchase
  • This will be determined when the seller and buyer have negotiated an Agreed Value via this offer to purchase process. Your credit approval process to IPAL would have provided you with indicative rents and monthly deposit payments likely to apply within your IPAL ceiling.
